Want to impress your bae but the only thing you know how to cook is Maggi? Well, not to worry! We are here to help. With few ingredients and some smart tweaks you can transform your Maggi into a tasty, beautiful looking dish.
- Masala Maggi ( 2 packets of 70 gms)
- Onion 1
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Green Chilli 8
- Chicken sausages 2
- Sunflower oil 4 tsp
- Fresh Cream 50 ml
- Salt and sugar to taste
Step 1. Finely chop the onion and the garlic. Split the chillies down the middle, remove all the seeds and then finely chop them. Keep aside. Cut the sausages into small pieces and keep aside.
Step 2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the sausages for a minute till they turn slightly brown. Keep aside.
Step 3. Toss the vegetables into the remaining oil and fry till the onions are brown. Add salt to taste. Add the sausages and mix.
Step 4. Make Maggi in another container but when the water is boiling, instead of adding the masala, add fresh cream and a sprinkling of sugar and salt. Stir well till cooked. Best to keep Maggi slightly undercooked.
Step 5. Serve the Maggi with the sausage and veggies on top.
