Ever heard that real trippy song ‘Talli’ from Ugly aur Pagli?
Well, the all tax inclusive Talli Menu at Bodega gives you just that feel. It’s fun, it’s intoxicating and the BEST part is that it’s very easy on the pocket.
Team Hungry Hallows were at Bodega to celebrate the tasting of the brand new Talli menu.
Five unique and innovative cocktails with vegetarian and non-vegetarian snack boxes are included in the list.
All the drinks comes within the price range of Rs. 150/- to Rs.300/- all taxes included.
In keeping with the quality and originality of the cocktails on the regular menu , all the cocktails on the Talli Menu are high on the quantity of alcohol and the presentation is simply mind blowing!
The Full Moon Party was first up. It came in a cute Ninja Turtle Bucket, which gives you an idea of the quantity as well. The refreshing yet strong drink was a great way to start the festivities.
Dawa Daru came with a syringe which is very apt since it goes with the name. It has the hint of absinthe and was full of flavour. Go easy on this drink.
Beer Batli which had whisky beer and lime was stunning.. It was a lovely blend of whiskey and the taste of the beer with the lime balancing both rather beautifully. Must have!
Sheila ki Jawani came with the poster on the bottle and flowers wrapped in a wreath. There was a slight spicy taste which gave a desi feel to it. Compared to all we felt this drink was more on the stronger side.
The veg and non veg Chakna Boxes were like the simple yet classy version of the chakna to go with the drinks. We particularly liked the home made Masala Chips and the prawns dry fry. The Sichuan Pepper Sauce accompanying the Chakna Box though a tad hot was brilliant and the perfect yin to the yang of alcohol.
Another highlight of the menu is undoubtedly the pricing. The cocktails priced at around 150-250 bucks are an absolute steal. Moreover the prices are inclusive of all taxes which makes the deal even more lucrative.
They also have another cocktail names Moves like Jager which includes jagermeister, orange, mint and palm sugar. In case you happen to try it do let us know.
And in conclusion, ripped skirts, torn dresses, broken heels, make-up flaws, that-time-of-the-month, broken buttons and stained shoes… Bodega knows that shit happens. Talk to them for assistance because the party don’t stop.
